The Palm Beach Breakers hockey program is a one-of-a-kind comprehensive hockey program in South Florida. Focus is on developing players' performance on the ice through addressing physical, emotional, and psychological components of elite athleticism. The coaching philosophy for the Palm Beach Breakers is based on a perspective that athletes benefit most from a "growth mindset". Emphasis on process above outcomes allows players to develop confidence, resilience, and a healthy state of mind that encourages a long-term commitment to continual improvement at any age and at any level.

League
Statewide Amateur Hockey of Florida (SAHOF) is the governing body of hockey in Florida operating under a grant of authority and under the auspices of the national governing body for the sport of ice hockey, namely USA Hockey. The Statewide Florida Hockey League (SFHL) is a youth amateur league for Tier II - USA Hockey - National Bound "AA" or "AAA" teams. The Florida Amateur Hockey League (FAHL) is comprised of "A" youth hockey teams and organizations throughout the state. The Palm Beach Breakers will participate in the appropriate league based on the skill level of the players on each team.
